Handmade by Gardiners, our Clotted Cream Fudge incorporates the rich, flavourful Clotted Cream from the Clarke Family’s Trewithen Dairy in Glynn Valley, Cornwall. Our family recipes have been handed down through three generations and we continue to hand-make our meltingly delicious fudge in time honoured tradition right here in Scotland. ‘HOGWARTS EXPRESS’ ‘The Jacobite’ steam train, crossing the 21 arches of the Glenfinnan Viaduct on the West Highland line, Inverness-shire, in the West Scottish Highlands. The viaduct was built in the 1890’s by ” concrete Bob” McAlpine. It was a renowned feat of victorian engineering and the longest concrete railway bridge in Scotland. In the summer West Coast Railways operates ‘The Jacobite’ steam train along the line and the steam locomotive pulling the carriage is one of 3 black 5’s. Glenfinnan Viaduct has been used as a location in several films and television series, including Ring of Bright Water, Charlotte Gray, Monarch of the Glen, Stone of Destiny, The Crown and famously four of the Harry Potter films.
